Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi duruşma salonunda yapılacak duruşmada bizzat hazır bulunması veya kendini bir vekille temsil ettirmesi, aksi takdirde duruşmaya yokluğunda devam edileceği ve yapılan işlemlere itiraz edemeyeceği, işbu ilan tarihinden itibaren yedi gün sonra tebliğ yapılmış sayılacağı ihtar olunarak dava dilekçesi, dahili dava dilekçesi ve duruşma günü yerine geçerli olmak üzere ilanen tebliğ olunur.

A lawsuit numbered 2021/902 Principal has been filed before the Adana 5th Civil Court of Peace by the plaintiff Seyma Aygun Yilmaz for the dissolution of the existing co-ownership over the immovable properties located in Adana province, Saricam district, Eflak village, parcels 61, 71, 117, 189 and Adanaprovince, Saricam district, Ciçekli village, parcel 291, and since the notification to the defendant Abdullah Adıgüzel could not be served through the consulate, it was decided to notify him by announcement; it is hereby warned that the defendant Abdullah Adıgüzel may submit a reply petition within two weeks, must clearly indicate all his evidence together with the petition specifying to which fact each piece ofvidence relates, attach the evidence in his possession to the petition, and include in the petition the information that will enable locating the documents and files to be obtained from other places; and that he must personally appear or be represented by an attorney at the hearing to be held on 12/05/2026 at 09:40 a.m. at the Adana 5th Civil Court of Peace courtroom, otherwise the hearing will continue in his absence and he will not be able to object to the proceedings carried out, and that the notification will be deemed served seven days after the date of this announcement, with the lawsuit petition, the internal lawsuit petition, and the hearing date being deemed served by this announcement.
